Do I need to have everything ready?
No. Begin with a name and a few photographs. You can save a private link and come back as you gather the rest. Unpaid drafts are kept for seven days.
Can I use photographs from my phone?
Yes. The builder accepts JPG, PNG, and supported HEIC photographs. You can check each image and change its place in the slideshow before checkout. Keep copies of your originals.
What happens after I pay?
We prepare the slideshow and matching files. Your order page shows progress, and your access link arrives by email. Preparation time depends on the photographs and the rendering queue; there is no need to keep the browser open.
What if I spot a spelling mistake?
You have seven days after purchase to edit your tribute. Your package includes the initial video export and two replacement exports. A failed render does not use a replacement. Please check every name and date before you export.
Can I print the program myself?
Yes. The PDF is designed for one US Letter sheet, printed on both sides and folded in half. Download the file and print a test copy first. Your printer or local print shop can help with paper and two-sided printing.
How long can I access the downloads?
Finished files are available for 90 days. Download and keep them on your own device before the expiry date. The source photographs and working assets are kept for up to 30 days after payment.
