KindTribute
A few clear
terms.
These terms describe the KindTribute memorial kit and the responsibilities involved in creating one. The offer shown at checkout is the offer you purchase. For questions, contact help@kindtribute.com.
The memorial kit
The standard $49 one-time package includes a 1080p MP4 slideshow of up to four minutes using up to 50 accepted photographs, a matching four-page folded US Letter program PDF, and a matching welcome screen PNG. This is a digital service. Physical printing, delivery of printed items, and custom editing services are not included.
Your content and review
You retain your rights in the photographs and text you provide. You give KindTribute and its service providers permission to store, process, format, and deliver that material as needed to fulfill your request and provide corrections and support. You must have permission to use the material and to include any personal information it contains.
Please check the spelling, dates, photo order, and program pages before paying or requesting an export. The service uses your supplied facts and words. KindTribute does not verify biographies or facts about the person being remembered.
Music
Only the music offered in the builder can be selected. Some tracks require a credit that is included in the finished video. Keep that credit when using or sharing the video. Music licenses do not grant rights over your photographs or text. Uploading your own songs is not supported.
Payment and preparation
Payment is collected once through the checkout provider. The kit is prepared after confirmed payment. Preparation time varies with media processing and rendering demand. We do not guarantee instant delivery or a particular completion time unless separately agreed in writing.
Corrections
The package includes seven days of editing after purchase and two replacement video exports in addition to the initial export. A failed render does not reduce the export allowance. See the corrections and refund policy for help when an order does not work as expected.
Access and storage
Unpaid drafts are kept for seven days. Paid source media and working files are kept for up to 30 days, and final downloads for up to 90 days after purchase. Keep your own originals and download the finished files before expiry. Private access links must be kept secure.
Compatibility
Files use common MP4, PDF, and PNG formats. Playback and printing depend on your equipment and settings. Test the files on the device or printer you plan to use before the service. We cannot promise compatibility with every screen, printer, television, or venue system.
Appropriate use
Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not attempt to access another customer's private project or disrupt the service. We may restrict activity that threatens other customers, the service, or lawful operation.
Your applicable rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us promptly if there is a problem so we can investigate and help resolve it.
