If something does not look right, please contact help@kindtribute.com with the email address used for your order and a description of the problem.

Your correction window

You can edit your project for seven days after purchase. The $49 kit includes the first video export and two replacement exports. Your order page shows the remaining exports. Failed renders do not use an export.

Check your changes in the preview before requesting a replacement. While a replacement is being prepared, any previously completed files remain available. The corrected downloads replace them only after the new files are ready.

If preparation fails

If a technical problem prevents us from delivering your purchased kit, contact us. We will investigate and either complete the delivery or refund the purchase. You do not need to pay again to resolve a failed render.

If the finished files have a problem

Tell us which file is affected and what you see. If the output does not match the approved content or cannot be used because of a defect in our service, we will work to correct it. If we cannot provide the purchased deliverables, we will refund the purchase.

Changes of mind and supplied content

Because the files are personalized, a change of mind after successful delivery is reviewed individually. Spelling, dates, and other information supplied by you can be changed through the included correction window. Contact us if the window has passed or your situation needs attention. This policy does not limit rights that apply under consumer law.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit becomes visible. We will tell you when the refund has been submitted.

Before the service

Download the files, play the video on the intended equipment, and print and fold one sample program. These checks give you time to resolve device or printer settings before the service.
